Exchange Policy

• No exchange is allowed for reasons other than product damage.
• Exchange is applicable only if the product is damaged during transit.
• A complete parcel opening video is mandatory as proof to claim an exchange.
• The damaged product must be reported and returned within 2 days of delivery.
• Once verified, we will initiate the exchange process.
• Exchanged products will be delivered within 3 days

Return Policy

• We currently do not offer returns on any of our products.
